It is machined from CNC aluminum alloy, weighs 1.91 kg and comes in Black or Silver.

Its belly-pan shape wraps the bottom of the engine for full coverage on trails and rough roads.

Why it matters

The 390 Adventure invites you onto gravel and singletrack, and the low-slung sump is exposed to every rock and ledge. A punctured sump means lost oil and a ride that ends on the spot. An aluminum bash plate takes the hit instead.

It also keeps mud and water off the bottom of the engine and gives the bike a tougher, more capable look.

Installation

The plate bolts to the frame without cutting or drilling. No printed instructions are supplied.

Lift the bike securely, offer the plate up to the mounting points, fit the fasteners and tighten evenly.
