Bring back crisp switch caps on your BMW controls
This left and right switch button set fits the handlebar controls of the BMW R1200GS and GS Adventure 2013-2017, the R1200RS and R1200R and the S1000R and S1000XR.
The full set replaces the fog light, hazard, heated grip, trip info, ABS, mode, horn and starter caps, with the starter, hazard and horn caps in red and the rest in gray.
Why it is worth fitting
Original caps wear, crack or lose their symbols over time; this set is ergonomically shaped to match the original hand switch caps.
The caps are molded from ABS plastic in red and gray, for a two-tone look on the controls.
Buying the complete set renews both switch housings at once, so all the caps share the same finish.
Installation
The seller states the caps replace the original caps without rewiring, so the switch gear itself is not touched.
Remove each old cap carefully, clean the switch body, then press the new cap into place and check that every button clicks freely before riding.
In the box: the complete left and right set of switch caps shown in the photos. The seller states that no fitting or instructions are supplied.
