Description
Fresh Speaker Grills For The Road Glide Sharknose Fairing
These speaker grill covers fit the front fairing of the Harley-Davidson Road Glide FLTRX from 2015 to 2024.
They are sold as a pair, one for each side, made of ABS plastic with a black hexagon mesh and a separate outer ring.
Why it is worth fitting
Faded or scratched grills spoil the look of the fairing. A new pair restores a clean black finish right in front of the rider.
The mesh separates easily from the trim ring, so you can paint or powder coat each part separately for a custom two-tone look.
According to the seller they suit many speaker brands and sizes, so they still suit an upgraded audio setup if you replace the factory speakers later on.
Installation
The covers replace the original grills on the inner front fairing. Remove the old grills carefully so the clips and the speakers are not damaged.
Align each new cover with its speaker opening, press it in evenly until the clips seat, and check that the mesh sits flat on both sides. If you plan to paint the mesh or the rings, do it before fitting and let the paint cure fully.
In the box: two speaker grill covers. The seller states that installation instructions are not included.
