Description
Carbon Heel Plates For The Supercharged Z
These heel guards fit the Kawasaki Z H2 from 2020 to 2023 and cover the footpeg hangers where your heels rest.
They are made of 3K carbon fiber (dry carbon) in a twill gloss finish, and the photo shows a left and right piece.
Why it is worth fitting
Heel guards stop your boots from rubbing the hangers and nearby parts, which keeps the finish of the bike clean. Because they sit in plain view next to the rearsets, they are one of the first carbon upgrades riders notice, and they stay useful on track days as well as on the road.
The seller describes the carbon as light, rigid and high-temperature resistant, with an anti-UV coating that keeps the clear layer bright.
They also add a carbon detail right where you look down while riding, matching other carbon parts on the Z H2.
Installation
The seller says the guards fit without modification and are easy to install in place of the original heel plates.
Installation instructions are not included. Swap one side at a time, keep the original screws and tighten them gently to protect the carbon. Recheck the screws after the first ride.
In the box: the carbon fiber heel guards for the Z H2, as shown in the photo.
