This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use leananglemoto.com (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes data on our behalf to provide the Services.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address.
- Order information — items viewed, added to cart or purchased, returns and exchanges, order history.
- Payment information — handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information — username, password and preferences, if you create an account.

- Your messages — anything you send us by email or through a form on the site.
How we use it
- To take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and handle returns, exchanges and warranty claims.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
International transfers
We are based in France and our customers are mainly in the United States, so your information may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence. Where information leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
