Lean Angle is a trading name of ERP DISTRIBUTION, 59 Rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of leananglemoto.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Products, fitment and images

We sell aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories. Every listing states the makes, models and year ranges it was checked against. You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your motorcycle and its configuration before ordering — if you are unsure, ask us first. Product photos are illustrative; minor differences in finish or hardware may occur between production batches.

Our parts are aftermarket products and are not manufactured, endorsed by or affiliated with the motorcycle manufacturers named on this site. Brand and model names are used only to indicate fitment.

Installation and safety

Parts must be fitted correctly and, where relevant, by a qualified mechanic, following the manufacturer's torque and safety instructions. Some parts may not be legal for road use in every jurisdiction — for example lighting or exhaust components. Checking local road-legality is your responsibility. We are not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, racing or competition use, or use of a part on a motorcycle it was not listed for.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We take payment when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are described in our shipping policy.

Orders and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the payment is declined, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any amount already taken.

Warranty

Every part we sell is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, crash damage, corrosion caused by exposure, incorrect installation, or modification of the part. Contact us with your order number and photos to make a claim.

Returns

See our refund policy. In short: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Intellectual property

The content of leananglemoto.com — text, photography, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
