A Machined Accent Along The Batwing Windshield
This CNC windshield trim fits Harley-Davidson Touring models with the batwing fairing, such as the Electra Glide and Street Glide (FLHX, FLHTC, CVO).
This version is for 1996 to 2013 bikes. It is machined from aluminum with a black and chrome finish. The CNC machining cuts through the black anodized surface to expose bright aluminum edges.
Why it is worth fitting
The trim runs along the base of the windshield and replaces a plain strip with a contrast cut design.
The black and bright machined edges work on both blacked-out and chrome bikes. The cut-outs catch the light and draw the eye to the fairing from the front.
Aluminum keeps its shape and finish in sun and rain. It is a quick way to refresh the front fairing without replacing the windshield or the fairing itself. The trim is a cosmetic part only and does not change the height or angle of the screen.
Installation
The trim mounts on the windshield using the factory screw holes and the screws shown in the pictures.
Check the size and fitment of your bike before buying, as the seller asks, and tighten the screws gently to protect the screen from cracks.
