A Solo Tail Look For The R1300GS
This rear seat cowl is made for the BMW R1300GS from 2023 to 2025. It covers the passenger area of the seat for a clean solo look.
It is made of high-quality plastic with a rubber pad on top, in black or silver. It does not fit the Adventure.
Why it is worth fitting
When you ride alone, the empty passenger seat breaks the line of the bike. The cowl closes the tail and gives the GS a sharper profile.
The rubber pad on top gives a non-slip surface, which is handy for a small bag or when you stop to check a map during a long day on the road.
The silver version echoes the aluminum parts of the GS, while the black one keeps the tail discreet and easy to match with any paint option.
Installation
The cowl replaces the passenger seat area on the rear subframe of the R1300GS. Check the fitment table first: the Adventure is not covered.
Remove the passenger seat, offer the cowl onto the mounting points, check the lock engages and that the cowl sits firmly without rattling.
In the box: one rear seat cowl set in the color you choose. The seller states that installation instructions are not included.
