3-Piece Radiator Guard Set For KTM 1290 Super Adventure S / R - 2020 to 2023

Full-Coverage Radiator Grille Set For The 1290

This radiator guard set fits the KTM 1290 Super Adventure S and 1290 Super Adventure R (2020–2023). It covers both radiators and the front cylinder area.

It is made from black aluminum and is supplied as a complete set.

Why it matters

The radiator sits right behind the front wheel, in the direct line of fire for stones, gravel and insects thrown up by the tire or by the vehicle ahead. A single hit can bend the fins or puncture the core, and a leaking radiator ends a ride on the spot. A radiator guard takes those impacts instead.

Because the set also covers the front cylinder area, the whole front of the engine is protected with a matching look, and the open grille pattern keeps air flowing to both radiators.

Installation

Installation is straightforward and uses the bike's existing mounting points.

Place the guard over the radiator, line it up with the mounting points and tighten the fasteners evenly. Check that it clears the hoses, the fan and the fender at full fork compression.

Compatibility

Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering.

In the box: 1 radiator guard set.

Care tip: inspect the guard and the radiator fins at each service. Rinsing trapped insects and dirt out from the back side of the radiator with low-pressure water keeps airflow at its best and helps the engine run at the right temperature.

Not sure it fits? Compare your bike with the photos and the compatibility table before ordering. If you still have a doubt, contact us with your model, year and a photo of the original part, and we will help you confirm the right fit.
