These axle crash sliders bolt onto the front and rear wheel axles of the Honda Grom 125 and Dax 125, replacing the factory axle caps with a durable POM and aluminum cap that takes the impact if the bike goes down. Instead of the axle nut or fork leg hitting the pavement first, the slider absorbs the contact and keeps the fork tubes, swingarm, and brake components away from direct ground contact.

Each slider is machined from aluminum with a POM cap face, keeping the added weight low while still giving real protection in a low-speed tip-over or parking lot spill. The Grom or Dax logo is embossed on select finishes for a factory-look upgrade.

Front and rear axle sliders shield the fork legs and swingarm from scraping the ground in a tip-over, reducing the chance of costly fork or swingarm damage.

Installation

1. Support the bike on a stand and locate the axle nut on the fork leg or swingarm.
2. Remove the factory axle cap or nut cover.
3. Thread the axle slider onto the axle in its place, hand-tight.
4. Torque to the manufacturer's specification and repeat on the opposite side.
5. Check that the slider sits flush and does not contact the brake caliper or chain.
