Why your 450MT swingarm needs a chain guard

A slapping chain is normal on an adventure bike. Suspension travel on the CFMOTO 450MT is long, and every time the rear wheel drops into a rut or lands off a step the chain goes slack and strikes the swingarm. Repeat that for a few thousand miles and you have a groove worn into the alloy that no amount of polishing will bring back.
