Frame Crash Sliders For KTM 390 / 125 Enduro R - 2025 to 2025

The frame crash slider and wheel axle protector set is designed specifically for the 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R, 125 Enduro R, and 390 SMC R.

Available in five configurations — from a full kit combining frame sliders with front and rear axle protectors, down to individual frame, front, or rear sliders — so you can choose exactly the level of coverage your riding demands.

Why it makes a difference

The CNC-machined aluminum construction keeps the sliders lightweight and rigid. The POM puck material absorbs and deflects impact energy during a low-side fall, redistributing force away from the frame rails, fork legs, and swingarm.

The front and rear axle sliders mount directly on the wheel axle ends, shielding the fork lowers and swingarm from ground contact. In a tip-over or slide, these are the first points to hit the pavement — not your engine cases or brake caliper.

The frame slider mounts to the existing frame mounting points with no drilling required. The anodized black finish matches the stock KTM color scheme and holds up to off-road conditions.

Installation

Bolt-on fitment. No drilling, no cutting and no permanent modification to your motorcycle. Select the correct variant for your configuration (frame, front axle, rear axle, or full set). Remove the relevant OEM hardware — axle nut or frame bolt — using standard hand tools. Thread the slider mounting bolt or axle rod into the original mounting position. Torque to the manufacturer specification for that mounting point and verify that the POM puck rotates freely. Repeat for each additional slider in your set.
