Frame Side Cover Trim For Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 / 401 - 2020 to 2023

These frame side covers fill the open gaps in the trellis frame of the Husqvarna Svartpilen.

Choose a plain panel for a stealthy look, or the version with the Svartpilen mark for a factory-style accent.

Why it matters

The open frame sections on the Svartpilen 250 expose wiring, the airbox area and the back of the tank to road dirt. Infill panels close those gaps, so less grime builds up in places that are hard to reach with a sponge.

They also change the visual weight of the bike. Filling the frame triangle makes the side profile look tighter and more deliberate, a subtle but noticeable upgrade on a naked bike where every component is on display.

Because the panels are cut from aluminum rather than molded from thin plastic, they are rigid and sit flat against the frame, and the black finish blends with the dark engine and frame components of the bike.

Installation

The covers bolt to the frame using the screws and aluminum sleeves supplied in the package. No cutting is required.

Clean the frame area, offer the panel up to its mounting points, fit the sleeves and screws, then tighten evenly. Check that the panel does not touch any cable or hose before riding.

Compatibility

The manufacturer lists “2020-” in its fitment notes and 2020–2023 in the product title. Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering.
