These frame sliders are designed to protect the engine covers and fairing sections of your Kawasaki in the event of a tip-over or low-side. Each slider is machined from CNC 6061 aluminum and fitted with a POM (polyoxymethylene) impact pad that absorbs and disperses energy on contact with the ground.

The sliders mount on both the left and right sides and are built to the 2024 specification. Because no frame cutting is required, installation does not alter the factory structure of the bike.

Why it makes a difference

The CNC 6061 aluminum body resists deformation under impact while keeping weight low. The POM pad at the tip is harder than nylon and absorbs sliding forces without shattering, giving the engine case and lower fairing a measurable layer of separation from the ground.

Frame sliders are one of the most cost-effective forms of protection available. A low-speed tip-over in a parking lot can crack a fairing panel or score an engine cover — the cost of either repair far exceeds the cost of a set of sliders installed before the fall happens.

Each variant is model-specific, meaning the mounting bolt pattern and slider geometry correspond to the exact frame points of that Kawasaki. Available in black or green anodized finish to match the stock color scheme.

Installation

Bolt-on fitment. No drilling, no cutting and no permanent modification to your motorcycle. Identify the correct mounting points on the left and right sides of the frame as specified for your model. Remove the OEM bolt or plug at each location using the appropriate socket. Thread the slider bolt into the frame mounting hole by hand, then torque to the specification listed in your service manual. Verify the slider cap is seated firmly and rotates freely. Repeat for the opposite side.
