These front and rear axle crash protectors are designed specifically for the Ducati Scrambler 800. Mounted directly onto the front fork axle and rear swingarm axle, they provide a sacrificial buffer that absorbs and redirects impact energy in a low-speed tip-over or slide, helping to protect the fork legs, wheel hubs, and surrounding bodywork from costly damage.
The protectors install using the existing axle hardware with no drilling or permanent modification to the frame. Each unit features a rounded slider end that contacts the ground first, keeping metal components clear of the pavement.

Installation
- Loosen and remove the front axle pinch bolts and slide out the front axle.
- Thread the front axle protector onto each end of the axle, then reinstall the axle and torque pinch bolts to the factory specification.
- Loosen and remove the rear axle nut and slide out the rear axle.
- Thread the rear axle protectors onto each end of the rear axle, then reinstall the axle and tighten the axle nut to the factory specification.
- Check that all protectors spin freely and do not contact the fork legs, swingarm, or brake caliper.
