These handguards are designed to fit the VOGE 650DS, VOGE 500DS, VOGE 300DS, and VOGE 500R adventure models. Each set consists of a pair of ABS plastic handguard shells and a matching windshield panel that mounts to the handlebars, shielding your hands and controls from wind, rain, and road debris.

Available in a wide range of color combinations, the guards let you match your bike's existing livery or add a fresh accent. Set variants include both the handguard shell and the windshield panel; Handguard Only variants supply the shell alone, which suits riders who want to keep their factory windshield in place.

Why it makes a difference

The ABS plastic handguards wrap around the levers and controls, blocking wind blast and deflecting water during wet-weather riding. This reduces hand fatigue on longer trips and keeps your controls dry when conditions turn. The reduction in wind blast is the primary benefit for riders who cover distance on the VOGE 650DS or VOGE 500R.

Installation

1. Position the handguard bracket over the handlebar end and align with the OEM mounting point near the mirror or clamp area.
2. Insert and hand-tighten the supplied bolts to hold the bracket in place.
3. Clip the handguard shell onto the bracket and check alignment with the lever.
4. Attach the windshield panel to the top of the handguard shell using the provided hardware.
5. Torque all fasteners to snug — do not overtighten ABS mounting points. Verify free handlebar movement before riding.
