Align the ABS cowl shell over the headlight assembly and seat it against the bracket tabs. Insert the supplied bolts and washers through the cowl into the bracket and hand-tighten. Check alignment from the front, then torque fasteners to the value specified for the OEM mounting points. Verify the cowl does not contact the headlight lens or turn signals when the forks compress.
