Headlight Guard For Aprilia Tuareg 660 - 2022 to 2025

A Rally-Style Grille For The Tuareg 660 Headlights

This headlight guard fits the Aprilia Tuareg 660 (2022–2025). It protects the headlight cluster from stones and branches on trails.

It is made in black, weighs 0.6 kg and is available with a Tuareg logo or plain. The open design follows the shape of the Tuareg's triple headlight cluster for a rally-inspired look.

Why it matters

Modern LED headlights are expensive to replace, and on gravel roads a single stone flicked up by another vehicle can crack the lens. A headlight guard stops larger stones before they reach the glass.

The grid shape is designed to keep light output high for night riding, and it gives the front of the bike a tougher, adventure-ready look.

Installation

Installation is easy and requires no cutting or drilling. Mounting hardware is included.

Attach the guard to the mounting points around the headlight, tighten evenly and check it does not touch the windscreen.

Compatibility

Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering. Headlight guards are intended for off-road protection; check your local regulations for road use.

In the box: 1 headlight guard with hardware.

Care tip: remove the guard from time to time to clean the lens behind it, and check the fasteners after rough off-road sections.
