Headlight Guard For Honda CRF250L Rally / CRF300L Rally - 2017 to 2025

Rally-Style Headlight Protection For The CRF Rally

This headlight guard fits the Honda CRF250L Rally and CRF300L Rally (2017–2025).

It is a metal grille offered in black or silver, plain or with a CRF or CRF250L mark.

Why it matters

Modern LED headlights are expensive to replace, and on gravel roads a single stone flicked up by another vehicle can crack the lens. A headlight guard stops larger stones before they reach the glass.

The grid shape is designed to keep light output high for night riding, and it gives the front of the bike a tougher, adventure-ready look.

Installation

Installation is easy and requires no cutting or drilling.

Fit the guard to the mounting points in front of the headlight and tighten evenly. Check it does not touch the windscreen.

Compatibility

The manufacturer lists 2017–2025 across both Rally models. Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering. Headlight guards are intended for off-road protection; check your local regulations for road use.

In the box: 1 headlight guard.

Care tip: remove the guard from time to time to clean the lens behind it, and check the fasteners after rough off-road sections.
