Headlight Guard For Kawasaki KLR650 / KLR650 Adventure - 2021 to 2024

Rock Protection For The KLR650's LED Headlight

This headlight guard fits the Kawasaki KLR650 and KLR650 Adventure (2021–2024) and protects the LED headlight from gravel, stones and mud.

It is laser-cut from aluminum alloy with a black powder-coated finish, and its open grid shape maximizes light output so night visibility is not compromised.

Why it matters

The KLR650 is a go-anywhere dual sport, and its headlight assembly is expensive to replace after a single rock strike on a dirt road. A headlight grille takes those hits instead.

It also gives the front of the KLR a tougher, expedition-ready look, and it removes easily for cleaning. On long gravel stretches behind other riders or trucks, it is one of the simplest ways to avoid a trip-ending broken light far from the nearest dealer.

Installation

Installation is easy and requires no cutting or drilling.

Fit the guard to its mounting points in front of the headlight, tighten evenly and check it does not touch the windscreen or fender at full lock.

Compatibility

Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering. Headlight guards are intended for off-road protection; check your local regulations for road use.

In the box: 1 front headlight guard.

Care tip: remove the guard from time to time to clean the lens behind it, and check the fasteners after rough off-road sections.
