Kickstand Pad For Honda CB650R / CB500F / CB500X / CB300R

Anti-Slip Parking For Honda's CB Range

This kickstand pad fits the Honda CB650R and CBR650R, the CB500F / CB500X, CB400X, CB300R and CB125R. It is available alone or as a set with matching tire valve caps.

It is made from aluminum, weighs only 70 g and has an anti-slip pattern underneath. It comes in five colors with a CB logo.

Why it matters

The stock side stand foot is small, and on soft ground, hot asphalt, gravel or grass it can sink until the bike falls over. A kickstand pad enlarges the contact patch so the weight of the bike is spread over a much larger surface.

It is a small upgrade that prevents a costly drop at a campsite, a trailhead or a summer parking lot, and the anodized finish adds a clean custom detail to the side of the bike.

Installation

Installation takes a few minutes with basic hand tools and requires no cutting or drilling.

Clean the stand foot, fit the pad and tighten the screws evenly. Check that the stand still folds fully and that the side stand switch works before riding.

Compatibility

The manufacturer does not specify model years.

Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering.

In the box: 1 kickstand pad, plus 2 matching tire valve caps with the set option.

Riding tip: on soft ground, park with the bike leaning slightly less than usual and check that the pad sits flat before you walk away. Retighten the screws after the first few rides.
