Passenger Backrest For Yamaha Tracer 9 GT - 2020 to 2025

Give your Tracer 9 GT passenger real back support

This passenger backrest is designed for the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT from 2020 to 2025, mounted at the rear behind the pillion seat. It turns the rear seat area into a more secure place for a passenger, which matters on a sport tourer that is often used for long two-up trips.

It pairs an aluminum frame with a black leather pad finished with neat stitching.

Why it is worth fitting

The curved shape gives the passenger back support and reduces fatigue on long touring rides. A passenger who feels supported also moves less on the seat, which helps the rider keep the bike stable.

The aluminum frame keeps the part light while staying sturdy, according to the seller.

The black color and stitching are chosen to blend with the bike, so the backrest looks like part of the original design.

Installation

The backrest is listed as specifically designed for the Tracer 9 GT, with a model-specific fit and easy installation.

Fit the bracket, set the pad position, then tighten all fixings evenly and check that the pad is firm before carrying a passenger on the bike. Keep the original parts you remove in case you want to return the bike to stock condition later.
