Radiator Guard For KTM 890 Duke / 890 Duke R - 2020 to 2024

Radiator Armor For The 890 Duke

This radiator guard fits the KTM 890 Duke and 890 Duke R (2020–2024).

It is made from black CNC aluminum alloy and is shaped to sit in the radiator's side channels, so no permanent modification is needed.

Why it matters

The radiator sits right behind the front wheel, in the direct line of fire for stones, gravel and insects thrown up by the tire or by the vehicle ahead. A single hit can bend the fins or puncture the core, and a leaking radiator ends a ride on the spot. A radiator guard takes those impacts instead.

The open grille pattern is designed to let air flow freely, so the engine keeps running at the right temperature in traffic and on long climbs, while the guard keeps debris away from the delicate fins.

Installation

Installation is straightforward and uses the bike's existing mounting points.

Place the guard over the radiator, line it up with the mounting points and tighten the fasteners evenly. Check that it clears the hoses, the fan and the fender at full fork compression.

Compatibility

Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering.

In the box: 1 radiator guard.

Care tip: inspect the guard and the radiator fins at each service. Rinsing trapped insects and dirt out from the back side of the radiator with low-pressure water keeps airflow at its best and helps the engine run at the right temperature.
