Radiator Guard For VOGE 800DS / 800DS Rally

The radiator guard is a direct-fit protective cover designed for the VOGE 800DS and 800DS Rally. Made from aluminum mesh, it shields the radiator core from rocks, debris, and trail damage without restricting airflow to the engine.

At 350 g and measuring 29 × 35 cm, the guard installs using the existing OEM mounting points and adds meaningful protection with no permanent modification to the bike.

The aluminum mesh construction deflects stones and road debris that would otherwise strike and damage the radiator core, reducing the risk of coolant loss on the trail or on the road.

Installation

1. Remove any factory fasteners securing the radiator side covers or shrouds as needed to access the mounting points.
2. Position the radiator guard over the radiator core, aligning the guard's mounting tabs with the OEM brackets.
3. Secure the guard using the supplied hardware, tightening fasteners to hand-tight plus a quarter turn.
4. Refit any shrouds or covers removed in step 1 and verify the guard is seated firmly with no flex.
