Skid Plate Engine Guard For KTM 390 Adventure - 2019 to 2024

Armor For The Underside Of Your 390 Adventure

This skid plate protects the engine underside, sump and frame of the KTM 390 Adventure from rocks and impacts. It is machined from CNC aluminum alloy, weighs 1.91 kg and comes in Black or Silver.

Its belly-pan shape wraps the bottom of the engine for full coverage on trails and rough roads.

Why it matters

The 390 Adventure invites you onto gravel and singletrack, and the low-slung sump is exposed to every rock and ledge. A punctured sump means lost oil and a ride that ends on the spot. An aluminum bash plate takes the hit instead.

It also keeps mud and water off the bottom of the engine and gives the bike a tougher, more capable look.

Installation

The plate bolts to the frame without cutting or drilling. No printed instructions are supplied.

Lift the bike securely, offer the plate up to the mounting points, fit the fasteners and tighten evenly. Check clearance with the exhaust and side stand before riding.

Compatibility

The manufacturer lists 2019–2024 in the specifications and 2019–2023 in the description. Fitment is listed exactly as stated by the manufacturer. Check your model and year against the table before ordering.

In the box: 1 engine skid plate.

Care tip: after off-road rides, rinse mud and stones out from between the plate and the engine, and check the mounting bolts periodically, since vibration and impacts can loosen any fastener.
