This motorcycle OBD2 adapter cable connects the factory diagnostic socket of your bike to a standard 16-pin OBD2 connector.

Plug it in and you can use an ordinary OBD2 scanner, Bluetooth dongle or diagnostic tool to read and clear fault codes, check live engine data and diagnose warning lights — without paying for a workshop visit.

Why it makes a difference

Most modern motorcycles have an ECU that stores fault codes, but the diagnostic socket is proprietary. Without the right OBD2 extension cable, generic car scanners simply cannot connect. This adapter bridges that gap and turns a cheap OBD2 reader into a real motorcycle diagnostic tool.

When the check-engine light comes on during a trip, you can identify the problem on the spot and decide whether it is safe to keep riding. At home, it makes routine checks, sensor troubleshooting and post-modification tuning checks much easier.

Installation
